CodeViaje provides comprehensive IT project development and consulting services, including but not limited to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting services
Respond promptly to project-related communications and provide necessary feedback
Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
Maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the project
Respect our intellectual property rights and those of third parties
Ensure your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations
Payments are typically structured as follows:
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds for completed work or after project delivery.
Late payments may incur additional charges. Projects may be paused for payments overdue by more than 7 days.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables and source code created specifically for their project.
We retain rights to:
Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools. Clients are responsible for any associated licensing requirements.
Project timelines are estimated based on complexity and requirements. Actual delivery may vary based on scope changes or client feedback delays.
Regular milestone reviews ensure project alignment. Client feedback is incorporated within 2-3 business days of milestone delivery.
Significant scope changes may require timeline adjustments and additional costs. All changes must be approved in writing.
Final deliverables are provided via secure cloud storage or direct transfer. Source code and documentation are included.
Important: CodeViaje's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make every effort to deliver quality work but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Clients may terminate projects with written notice. Payment is required for work completed up to the termination date.
We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unprofessional conduct. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
Upon termination, clients receive all completed work and source code. Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely.
